What you'll get:
2 Modules of videos where I teach you techniques to incorporate into your daily life.
Designed for you to do in PJs, half asleep and with your eyes closed.
In Module 1 we address the mind so that it is active and engaged.
In Module 2 we focus on your physical experience and combine it with mind work.
You choose the pace. Ideally you will watch one video per week and practice techniques 20 minutes a day.
Each instructional video lasts 5-10 minutes.
This process will take about two months.
You can have chronic fatigue and experience the life of your dreams too.
You will come away with a sequence of steps for how to shape your life into something that you have wished for.
